The Herbarium Cocktail Bar welcomes both hotel guests and Parisians, as well as travelers passing through, who are enthusiasts of premium spirits and signature cocktails. Oscar Quagliarini, an herbologist and mixology expert, draws inspiration from fragrances to create cocktails with floral and botanical aromas.
On Friday and Saturday nights, our resident DJs transform the Herbarium’s intimate atmosphere into an enchanting universe.
